Bespoke 2 Storey Shop & Office Building
FCC Environmental is one of the UK’s leading waste and resource management companies. We worked closely with Denise Lochhead on a number of their sites throughout the UK to deliver a number of re-use shops and welfare facilities on their household waste sites. This one we completed was a two-storey 6 section modular building. Within the building the ground floor space was dedicated to a re-use shop, where members of the public could purchase second hand goods and is run alongside a local charity. On the second floor there was an office, staff canteen, male and female toilets as well as a storeroom and a dry room for site equipment. Within this project we also managed a number of other projects onsite for FCC. This included all the fencing surrounding the new modular building, the ground works for the building as well as the block paving. This was one of the many projects we completed for FCC.
