Welcome to our new website Elite Workspace. Previously known as Cabsite Portable Buildings. Cabsite still exists but only to sell pre-owned and refurbished buildings. Now moving forward Elite Workspace now manufactures and delivers high quality portable and modular buildings at competitive prices without compromise on the quality.

Based centrally in Northamptonshire we supply Portable Cabins and Modular buildings across the country. We also offer a free site survey for all buildings at quotation stage. There are a number of optional extras we can also offer you at the time of order.

All the buildings shown within this website are examples of previous jobs we have completed. As we offer a tailored service it is not very often we hold stock, however on occasion we do have surplus stock, or can turn a building around in two weeks subject to stock availably so please get in touch.

Elite workspace will move forward by offering two lines of products. The Elite premier range specialises in manufacturing a premium high quality portable and modular buildings. The premier range is proven to out perform those from the major manufactures at a fraction of the cost. We will also offer a standard range, which will fit into the market as a budget friendly option. Based centrally in Daventry we are ready to find the solution for you.

Elite Premier range include features which ensure our buildings will be far more durable, safer, cheaper to run, easy to maintain along with a high performance.

Features include:

Galvanized steel floor fully insulated.
Wide choice of glazing sizes and colours.
Choice of options including heaters, air conditioning, dado trunking, timber cladding, suspended ceiling, fire and intruder alarms.
Every building is a bespoke design including cabins up to 4.4m wide and 14.6m long.
Choice of ceiling height including 2.5m and 3.0m.
Variety of floor coverings and cladding options.
Deeper ceiling and wall cavities giving a stronger structure and increased insulation.
